R/J together - don't get me wrong I'm also a RnR but during s8-s10 i was R/J. And i was really disappointed about how abruptly the writers ended their relationship. I'm not saying that they should have lived happily ever after but at least give us more than honestly 1 episode and then end it...

I think the friendship/relationship line is a bit blurred for these two. They are too connected. I love Rachel and Ross as soul mates, yet I also really enjoyed watching any scenes of her and Joey together. They just had a unique bond.

They did. And that's why I say they were always meant to be friends and nothing more. To me, I always saw their phase in a 'relationship' as something that got a little carried away, ya'know? Like, they kind of thought there was something there when it really wasn't.

I think they handled the "romantic" part of the relationship perfectly. They were good as friends. If they had gone further, it wouldn't have worked out. And that would have made things awkward, IMO.

I agree, they did have a unique bond, but I'm glad their relationship didn't go further, they will always be friends and that makes them special.
