Oh definitely, I would have loved it for some closure at least. For it all to just hit Rachel at some point, for it all to fall into place - because I don't think she even knew how long Joey had had feelings for her & how long he had been struggling with it. I guess it was just a little too awkward for them to ever have a long conversation about.

I so agree, I would love for them to have closure and I agree that I don't think she knew how long Joey had and struggled with his feelings for her

I think the writers just wanted them to move on.

I get that, but it just feels like there was a lot left unsaid. I guess they just didn't feel like there was a lot of room for comedy in a scene like that & maybe they felt like they'd done enough angsty stuff
