I often get that with ordering DVDs. It's a pain, but the missing ones come eventually. At least they let you know it's being processed. I hope it comes soon.

I looked to see if they sent me an e-mail, like "Hi, one of your DVDs is hard to come by, so we're gonna be nice and send you the other one in advance." but nothing.
