| Elite Fan | They didn't deal with that at all. They gave us a big explanation as to why Mary would go after Sam but then when it goes after Dean too we know that either the explanation wasn't needed in the first place or that a bigger explanation was needed for the both of them. And then when they get back on the road and drive off at the end of the episode Dean says: "Now that this is all over I want you to tell me what that secret was." Well why didn't Sam question Dean on his secret then?
