What more can I say about the boys? Whenever I see a photo of them together, I either laugh or squee. I mean they are just the coolest, the funniest, silliest, most awesome dudes. I've said it before, and I'll say it again. In this crazy effed up industry, here you have two young actors who are real and not fakes. They take the work seriously, but not themselves. The crazy, insane amount of hours they have to work for the show, really makes me realize how much I slack off and need to get off my ass if I want things to work for me. Yes, they have had a lot of breaks, but they are still paying their dues. These guys have basically been slaves to Warner Brothers for almost a decade. I'm glad that they are getting movie roles and getting paid, even if they are in fake horror remakes. Getting paid and getting noticed is important for them right now.

Whenever I see Jensen, I just beam. I'm absolutely proud of him. I've seen where he was, and I see where he is now and how much he's grown as an actor. His edginess counteracts any conventionality about him, including his conventional looks. I hope that casting directors notice this.

Jared. Wow. A lot of people just like to say that he's had it really easy, especially with getting GG right out of HS. And then going from there straight to SPN. I don't know if he's had it easy, as much as he's been lucky as hell. This is all a crap shoot with casting. It really is. And now he has so many strikes against him, being as tall as he is. I can only hope that casting directors will see past his height.

I agree LC. I'm so proud of our boys. They have the talent and the dedication plus they know when to be serious and when to have fun. They totally deserve all the good things coming to them.

I love Jensen to bits! He's a great actor and had really grown up since Days. He's matured much as well and I'm so glad he's found Jared as a friend.

I don't believe that he's had it easy. Before GG he's been a young mc gyver and other stuff. GG was just the break for him. Getting F13 and Christmas Cottage was also great for his career. I am hoping too that the height will not matter at all. It didn't matter in HOW so I guess he'll come a long way.

I swear, like 3 to 5 years after SPN is over they need to do a movie together that is so un-SPN like. Maybe a Judd Apatow-esque comedy, or a period piece (Western or adventure), or something for PBS.

You guys so won't believe this! It's so effing sick awesome! OK so I'm in this portfolio development class this semester, and I have to create and all new portfolio. I already had some ideas and such of what I want to do and such. But because of all my interests in different areas of photography, I was trying to figure out how to tie it all together. Of course I think of the boys at weird times, but in this case it was sheer inspiration, and as well as helpful to redirect my energies of where I want to go with my work. So, it's going to be architecture, and cars, and fashion, and personality portraits tipped off with a little graphic design. And it's going to be all tied together by unifying styles. Then, one of the things we have to do is think of who we are marketing our work to, and I thought, 'Oh yeah definitely guys 18-45, but mainly 25-35' Bingo! Guys like Jensen and Jared. Those guys are my market.
