Thanks Nikole! Cool I hope you had a good day off yesterday. Hey Rita! I worked yesrerday and Sunday. I have 2 get a 2nd job this Spring I need more money to save up for stuff pkus pay my bills.

I'm meal prepping again and eating healthy again and watching my portion size and starting to excerise again too.

Hey thanks Nikole! Its going pretty good so far trying to to meal prep, keep a foos jornal and eat 3 healthy meals and 3 healthy snacks. I portion sized out meals too. Plus trying work out to. I rode an excerise bike for 30 minutes today. I will do some yoga in a little bit too. Drinking lots of water too.
