The last time I used it it took me 3 months to get something I ordered and many emails to the seller and email. I hope everything works out for you.

I'm definitely contacting Ebay now to try and get my money back. If that man does reply to my last message, I'm going to let them know because I don't want to deal with him directly.

Hopefully you can get your money back Julie. Sometimes it is better to just deal with ebay directly and not the seller.

I just got a reply from the Ebay seller, but I didn't get anywhere with him unfortunately. I've just closed the case, as I don't need any more stress, and I'll never get my money back (which was actually even more than I thought with the postage).

I'm afraid I can't post much at the moment as my depression's got much worse.
