Another favorite scen of mine (And forgive me for only mention spn here, but I haven't seen everything he's done

) is in scarecrowwhen he talks to Dean over the phone -- also totally heart breaking!

I love that scene, he showed a lot of emotion just through his voice.

And the why he was close to tears in the end, it was great. he usually have more of a full cry, but here me managed to just hint it and it was great.

It really was and what made it so awesome was that it was his own scene, you know? Like he didn't have anybody to play off of. It was perfect.

Exactly! he had no ones face ot anything to react to and still he really did heartbreaking and believable!

He is becoming such a fantastic actor, he brings these little things to every scene that just makes them perfect.

Yeah.

I love to watch him improve his skills almost from week form week. He seems very smart and seems to take his work seriously.

I actually love angsty Jared more. I'm a sappy girl.

I think he can show much range on his acting when it comes to angsty scenes vs the comedy ones. The comic in him is already there so not much effort anymore.

I like the way he transmits pain. There's something about his eyes especially, that gets to me and make me sadder than I'd be otherwise. I hate to see him sad or broken down on screen because it's utterly believable and upsetting.

Like I said before, in House of Wax when he's being tortured; in Gilmore Girls when Rory's breaking his heart every single day for 2 freakin seasons; in Supernatural when Dean punches him, when he says, "why are you saying this to me?" in "ELAC," in "Home" when he sees Mary and he's so touched and the tear out ouf the corner of his eye, etc, etc. Gosh, he just breaks my heart. Bad Jared! Hee.

I also love the comedy. He's hilarious because you can see him laughing at himself sometimes. In "Plaything," "dude, you're not poking her with a stick" is great because he's so worked up about Dean possibly poking someone with a stick.

There's something very funny about Sam getting bitchy at some random Deanism.

O love how you worded it Nikki and yes it is so true. The eyes are the window to our soul and Jared completely captivates his character's emotions through his eyes. It wonderful!

And everytime he thought about Dean dying to save him. Everytime he panics and just wants to find ways how to get Dean out of the deal. How he can be so tough and so softie when it comes to Dean.

Exactly! I loved his desperation and admire he isn't paralyzed by fear, but when he's scared of something he quickly gets in action mode. Like you said, when it comes to Dean, things really get under his skin and JP conveys that beautifully.

The way he was breathing when he saw Dean and was probably debating with himself if it was really Dean or a demon/shapeshifter while seeing the body and face of his brother after 4 months. Awesome.

WORD. He has kind eyes. When he delivers the dialogue you posted in the Quotes thread, the close up of his "I'm sorry it wasn't me" was GUH, so awesome. His eyes were insane.
