Hmmm... sa lahat ng mga nakapanood ng last episode... Medyo mahaba kasi I feel so much for the bros...

I totally love this episode! The Rugaru part was gross but it was needed in the overall plot for Sam and Dean. As I’ve said before, this is just like “Heart” Sam believed that they can save the girl by locking her up everytime she’s about to turn into a werewolf. Just like the Rugaru, as long as he stops himself from tasting the human flesh, he also can be saved. And just like Sam, he’s got the demon blood in him, can he be saved? He thought he can make use of it in a good way. I love how this episode showed the parallelism of Sam’s struggle with knowing he has demon blood inside of him and Jack’s struggle not to give in to his hunger. I felt like I was watching Season 1 and much more… the monster storyline was there but it was linked to their own personal struggles. I know people will be quick to judge Sam again that he won’t keep his promise and use that power soon. Maybe Sam thought (and with the realization from Jack’s story) if he keeps using his powers, it might get to the point where he can't control them anymore so he wanted to quit it. But the question is, how far was Sam already? We don’t know what happened to him during those agonizing four months without Dean. And I believe that Sam has also been to hell himself – not literally, but his own hell without Dean. After Dean died, all he wanted was to get his hero back, to snatch him from hell. And in vain he had held on. Sam is so broken, so lost and even if it breaks my heart to admit it, I think he felt so alone. He can’t find solace with Dean since he thinks Dean cannot understand him. So I did like the scene at the sidewalk, when Sam snapped. He thought he’s a freak for having that blood, he tried so much to do something good out of that bad omen/curse and he cannot get any support from the one person he thought he can lean on. He was trying to deal with his powers by trying to save people. Yes, he had a point when if they use the knife they are also hurting the possessed human. Poor Sam! Yes, I liked that scene and Dean couldn’t answer him back – no sarcastic, no blaming comments from him because I think (yes, I have faith in Dean, too) Dean somehow understood him. Though, I wanted to scream at Dean just to shake him to hug his brother and tell him it’s all going to be all right. Sam is scared, too, you know. As for Dean, nope, I’m not going to side on Sam only. I completely understand Dean as well. Dean is terrified that Sammy is on a slippery slope especially after Castiel threatened to stop Sam if Dean can't. He’s afraid that Sam was just nourishing his demon powers and sooner or later it’ll also consume him (just like the Rugaru again.) And much more, Sam lied about Ruby as well. I’d be pissed as well if I were in Dean’s situation. “If I didn't know you, I would want to hunt you.” This broke my heart – both for Sam and Dean. This means so much for Dean – which he wouldn’t dare leave him even if everything turns to chaos. And also too painful for Sam because after all, Dean is his hero. Dean wants to save Sam as much as he can; and Sam wants to save as much people as he can. Sam thought by using his powers he can help more people; Dean thought that the way to evilness is paved with good intentions Jensen and Jared completely blow me away! Sam’s face when he was dealing with Dean about using his power was so heartbreaking – defenseless, fearful but you could see right through him that he believes what he’s doing is the right thing. And Dean, OMG! Dean… Almost close to tears. His face was of hurt, frustration and furious. He punched Sam! I hate people punching my Sammy but I guess Dean was just too angry and upset about what he found out. Aw these two… they are making me miserable each time I watch them grow apart. But I guess, that is why I love this show - they are so real, so human, so like us – so complex! Oh by the way, I didn’t felt a little remorse when Jack killed Travis. He’s just too ruthless and so hateful. At least Dean listened to Sammy first. Did I just write a very long review of the episode? I’m sorry if I bored you. It’s been a while since I wrote this much about an episode of SPN. I just loved it. (And on the side note, no Castiel! after threatening Sammy last week, I’m not particularly found of him anymore.)
