I need hugs from y'all. I do not want to give too much details. I have been pretty depressed since a good while. I do not want to tell my Mom about it because I do not want her to worry me. I wonder if I should seek some mental health counseling. I am diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder and OCD already. What do you suggest me to do?
