So I finally watched it and it just broke my heart. Jared was freakin amazing in the last scene where he was holding Dean. I think this was one of his best perfomances ever!

I panicked, too and watching their faces, it just broke my heart. I dunno what these brothers had done to me but when they are in pain, I feel it too.

When Sam was asking Ruby what to do, I didn't realize that time was almost up and that Sam was ready to do anything, so when the clock was shown, I literally gasped.

Then wow, phew. There were tears to say the least.
