The Fangirl Rulebook prohibits backing down from appreciating Jared, as long as he's over 18, or close to 18 anyway.

I have come to terms with the fact that loving Baby!Jared is not wrong! *stomps foot*

at least that is what I keep telling myself.

We always talk about our favorite Dean moments...any moments you don't like? Like OMG I can't believe Dean did that?

Personally, I think the guy was seriously gorgeous and adorable. I generally love that 19-22 stage of leaving the teens behind and showing signs of becoming an "adult." It's always so exciting to me when someone is going through that. JP is now a man, but he still has that boyish look so it's almost like Baby!Jared.

Well, I hated that he was so defeated the last 2 times we saw him. Those are probably my least favorite Dean moments.

Even when he cheated on Lindsay he was 'alive,' but the last 2 times, he was weak, bitter and beaten. Horrible, unforgivable.

Jared was completely gorgeous when he was on GG!

not saying he's hard to look at now, but for all the reasons you said, not a boy, not a man, but perfect!

I hate the way we saw Dean last, so fed up with everything.

Such a far cry from the Dean we first met back in S1.

Ohhhh yeah.

So pretty! Even Lorelai, Babette and Miss Patti took notice of him.

It's so terrible. I avoid watching that last scene when he breaks up with Rory, which is a shame because the man looked absolutely drop dead gorgeous. If I were Rory I would've been running after his truck in the middle of night.

Man, he looked ridiculously good.

If you watch Dean in S1 and Dean in S5, it's jarring and sad.

I still don't understand how she just let him drive away.

Worse yet she goes back in with Logan...WTF?!

Biggest mistake of her life.

It really is, the two are different as night and day.

But I can't see how Rory would choose anyone over Dean. He was so cute and funny and ahhh, everyone else paled in comparison. He played Sports, he read, he was loving, friendly, social, etc.
