So sorry for not having this up sooner! I must've mistaken the topped discussion thread for this week's discussion thread. (Though I missed the episode because of the Presidential Farewell Speech...)

I also couldn't find any sneak peeks or promo pics. I guess this story was too serious to warrant them.

Really? Well that's a relief. Though I don't know why my TV Guide thing told me that's the episode that would show two days ago. And didn't it give a new episode of Grey's Anatomy?

i think this episode will be heavy on the drama, particuarly the scenes with betty and hilda but hopefully, it will still be excellent, nonetheless

Can't believe there's still no promo pics or sneak peaks. I'm anticipating this episode. Sure to be lots of drama, not only for Betty but Daniel and Wili.

Ok, I know this episode is suppose to be about Hilda and Betty dealing with their dad's heart attack.

But I hope we get to see some moments from Marc, Mandy, Christina, and I pray Cliff.

I’m glad that Wilhelmina gave Marc the credit that he deserves and he’s finally starting to stand up for himself. When Daniel and Betty were in Jersey I immediately thought I bet Suzuki is not gay, but them we see that he’s not just not gay but he’s marry with kids and a much nicer guy. The part where Ignacio coughed and they all ran to him like they were using energizer batteries was funny as well as every time Betty and Hilda use the code words “Blue Bird” that was just hilarious.

Now to my first rant. I’m glad Betty and Hilda are talking again, and thought both of them have valid points; a part of me sides more with Hilda. Betty does act like if its not her way its wrong, and she does act like Hilda doesn’t love her dad enough so she does everything wrong. Hilda has made mistakes in the past and those mistakes have helped her grow up, but Betty doesn’t see it. She stills thinks of Hilda as the irresponsible teenager that got pregnant at 17. Hilda is growing up and is clearly moving pass it but Betty keeps throwing Hilda her past mistakes in her face every chance she gets even if it’s not directly. Betty has a job and an apartment in the city and she wants to control everything and for this she feels like she’s better than Hilda. If Betty would step down and trust Hilda I believe that Hilda will be able to prove that she’s a grown ass woman and she can handle the situation.

Now my second rant. I’m having one of those days where I think Daniel is an ass that doesn’t deserve Betty in the least. I get that it’s been two weeks but come on, from the moment Betty became his assistant she has always been there for him, even when he didn’t want her to be there, which turn out to be a blessing because he always ended up screwing up anyway, hell even when she was no longer his assistant she was still there for him. I know he sent flowers but that doesn't even compare, doesn't even come close. I expected more from Daniel, much more than stupid flowers. I guess I was wrong he wasn’t there for her as I expected, but when I saw that Betty asked for her father in the preview I thought that maybe Daniel had Ignacio transfer to a better hospital and would be there to comfort Betty. But no he had to be on vacation with Molly the tramp.

I didn’t like this episode that much, but I’m looking forward to the next new episode which I’m pissed that is going to be in two weeks, that is just not fair.

I guess it's my turn now The thing is I really don't get WHY does every french character in this show HAS to wear a beret, I know it's not a big deal but I'm getting pretty tired of this kind of cliche

I understand your point, actually, it made me think of the season premiere when Daniel wasn't able to contact her and was cool about that, I don't like this kind of incoherence in Detty's awesome friendship

I had tears in my eyes during the sisters's argument, America and Ana did a great job
