I heard from a friend of mine that the show was cancelled but ABC is going to air the remaining filmed eppies.. I am not sure how true this is, but I hope it is not the case

There might be a small glimmer of hope for Six Degress with other shows not doing as well

The one slot ABC seems to be looking at the most is Tuesdays at 9, once Big Day wraps up on January 30th. Not too sure about bringing back the show during sweeps when they benched it from sweeps to begin with. Other ideas that came up with was having a two hour premiere/return of Six Degrees on Tuesday, and run the episodes before Dancing With The Stars Results Show kicks in. Sorry Boston Legal Fans, you guys can't catch a break. Between Sons & Daughters, Help Me Help You, Big Day and perhaps Six Degrees? A lot of pressure. Six Degrees skews a bit older, so it should fit in with Legal.

If Tuesdays go nowhere, Friday was discussed as well. ABC wants to open up Brothers & Sisters to a whole new audience. That's why they're hoping the encores that air on Fridays after the encores of Grey's Anatomy will help. Of course if Brothers & Sisters repeat as poorly as it did a few weeks ago, maybe there would be a lot less pressure for Six Degrees to air here? Especially since it would be sweeps and all.

From Caroline: I'm sure you've been asked a zillion times, but in case you haven't: Any news on Six Degrees? I want it back! Like, yesterday!

Caroline, I'm so sorry that I personally and single-handedly have been keeping the show off the air. I hope you'll forgive me...just kidding! The good news is that the show is definitely coming back. Despite one of the leading ladies auditioning for pilots a few weeks back (which scared me!), a source on set tells me they are back in production and are expected to make it back on the air in the next two months. I'll tell you what they're planning in the Almighty Spoiler Section.
