I watched. I loved it. The music choices were great (Heartbeats!!!) and it was good to see the characters in new scenarios.

I thought the episode was great! My only complaint was the lack of Mae, but that's okay. I'm just glad the show's back.
And Whitney was absolutely awesome. When she started talking about vaporized Roy, I almost lost it. The Laura/Steven scenes were great! I'm so glad to see them have some screentime together. They kind of hinted at some romance possibility between the two, and meh. I'm not sure if I'll like that. Carlos finally taking a stand somewhat was great. The whole thing with Damien that came out was great. It definitely needed too, and I'm kind of eager to see if Damien turns himself in or what. That should be really interesting. So yeah, the episode was great. It was awesome to see the show on the air again. Now all we have to do is hope the ratings were good. __________________

Why did some characters get more on screen time than others in last night's episode? That usually didn't happen in past episodes.

Actually It did happen a couple times in past episodes,
There was one episode where Laura had like no time. Another where Damien was like barely seen. __________________
