Welcome to the appreciation thread for Niki Sanders and Peter Petrelli! This ship started off as an idea by me (TheMovieGrrl) back in October. Never did I imagine that this show would have taken off so far and so well! Needless to say, I considered this ship as totally UC until the later half of Season One. WOOHOO! Thread #3 and I LOVE the title, btw. Again, still can't get over their meeting! HOW CHOICE! Seriously, she just naturally kicks ass! God does the idea of Hiro, Peter and Niki working together to search & destroy Sylar sound great! I want to see more action and acceptance about their powers which i think will happen next season!

Peter: Go, go back to your family.

I just got goosebumps at that moment, that fraction of a second of hesitation. I LOVE that out of nowhere Niki just comes down to help Peter, not knowing who he is, not know who she's going up against at all.

I know me too! I think next season we'll see how things turn out. I mean I really doubt Milo is gone for good, so I'm hoping that the action scene we get at the end of the season will transition to S2 and how it plays out. I just think it's interesting how Niki hesistated, as you mentioned before! That was odd...to me it was...Niki did just THROW herself into the scenario!

YAY! Good to see someone in our little group is here! LOL. I still can't get over how great their meeting turned out in the end! IT was everything I'd hoped it would be! Niki kicking ass side by side with Peter is perfect

Still I feel this cill because we saw how much they care about each other in String Theory! I listened to the commentary by Kring and Co. and how they mentioned there wasn't a romantic storyline this season...and I believe that to be soo true!

If that is the case, then maybe String Theory is a peek, and WHY they didn't elaborate on it since Kring wanted to keep those storylines on reserve!

What I WANT to see is some of those Specials in the comics! The one who can shoot electricitiy, and apparently the one Special who can block Hiro's powers?

Hmm...soo curious about that one!

I know EXACTLY how you feel! But hey we can re-live them all with clips! I dunno about you but the way Peter and Niki met? I LOVE it, it was like totally their own thing, and I would love to hear what HRG and everyone has to say about her abilities! Since Molly and Micah know each other now, I'm curious to see what the hospital scene will look like when they bring in Matt and DL! Again, I have a bad feeling for DL, he was bleeding pretty bad for a LOOONG time, way longer than Matt, so we'll see!

No Problemo! You know I just love L-O-V-E the fact that even though the future was re-written or whatever that it didn't change the fact that Peter NEEDED Niki! It wasn't enough that he saved the "cheerleader", like Milo said early in the season, he's connected to everyone and it's as important. I'm just a little concerned as to where Claire is headed next season or rather the fate of the "world".

Maybe it's the early time of the morning but looking back at what wrote? This reason makes me *giggle* for some odd reason

"Because Peter "Can Take It From Here..." And Go ALL THE WAY, BABY!" - In my head I hear the austen powers voice "Yeeah baby!" LMAO!

Since the season is over...what do you think might happen for Peter and Niki?!

I REALLY doubt that Peter will be gone for long, like Mama Patrelli said, "he can regenerate" but man what a doozy that one will be! I think he'll be sooo severely wounded that the regeneration for the portions of his face will take a looong time to recover...I mean he DID kind of blow up!

So...here's my theory:

a) DL surprisingly dies leaving a lonely Niki to care for Micah and Molly.

b) Peter mysteriously has landed in a place where he will be tending to his wounds and recovering.

c) Sylar will be recovering too, and his plans to take over the world will still be intact.

d) As Peter goes looking for answers, maybe searching for Linderman (who he doesn't know is dead), he runs into Niki who has gone into hiding in small parts of Nevada, stripping at some small clubs *not online because someone could find her*.

e) Niki recognizes Peter and goes to him after her shift is done. They exchange stories. She talks about Nathan, and about Linderman. Peter asks about Hiro and Ando. Niki doesn't know about Hiro but with the help of Micah they trace his last online visit to her site back to Japan.

Hehe! I know that's a lot but I think Peter is going to try to get in touch with Hiro first since he can bend time, running into Niki will be fated (as usual).

Your theory is awesome, except I kinda wanted Mohinder to take care of Molly, cuz she is practically a daughter to him and it wouldn't be weird for Micah & Molly to be involved in a romantic relationship in the future.

Yeah, I totally see the Micah and Molly connection! She was cute when she saw what Micah could do with the elevator

But I think that those things might be possible. I mean we had no idea that when Peter would meet Niki it would be her saving his ass! LMAO! Soo you know, I think it would be cool if one of the first people he met next season (because you know Peter is coming back

) that it would be Niki

Plus I think HRG will have Claire hidden some town in the boonies for the moment. So I think before Peter can connect with anyone he'll probably be searching for Hiro since his powers are the most useful to him at the moment
