All happening between these two wasn't .... never imaged it would end up like it did. Nathan going against everything to make is right - and I think he did it mostly because of claire and what she said about peter. About how could he do that to him or let him live with knowing he'd killed millions etc ... I think it couldn't have ended up any better between them because in away nathan had already lost claire, this way made it right.

I think he did it because of her too, the way he watched her leave showed that he loved her as his daughter and when he showed up in the end it showed that she convinced him what he was going was wrong. And there hugs are always so adorable!

I agree. I adore all Claire's relationships,especially the ones with her two dads. Nathan is hard to read. He keeps a stone cold expression but you could tell that what she said about his mom keeping them apart and her jumping out the window got to him. He was scared and he listened to her. I hope their relationship is explored more next season. Also thought it was cute when reading the NBC blog that Adrien was worried for Hayden's safety when she jumped out the window.

This is my request to be added! The moment it was revealed that Nathan was Claire's father was when I was officially hooked on the show - it was just one of those things that made the connection for me. I loved their interactions, their chemistry, and I hope that they develop their relationship this season! Also, I've been wishing for a HRG/Nathan/Claire scene since last season! I love what could potentially happen with Claire and her two dads.

Nathan and Claire have only had a handful of scenes together so far, but they certainly have made the most of this limited time, because they're wonderful together!

So, Nathan has not the best dad for Claire in the short time he's known her (surprise, surprise

), but I sense great potential there if Nathan will only shape up a bit

That scene in which Claire very shyly tells Nathan that his ability to fly is "cool" and in which Nathan tells her that he's proud of her is so sweet

; you can see how tentative their new relationship is, how they're both just getting to know each other

And the hug scene is lovely. Awww!

The Nathan/Claire phone call this season was very touching yet painful. It's so sad to see Nathan slowly self-destruct and push away his daughter, the one person who's reaching out to him and who could help him

Now, if only Nathan can get his life back on track and shape up

, he can be a better father to Claire

And, I have to say, s1 Claire would've snuck off to NYC to see Nathan; she so desperately wanted to know her birth parents, no matter what Noah says! Since when does Claire listen to Noah, anyway?

See this is what we're missing; even if Nathan's scheming and Claire's uncertain, they have great chemistry together and could have great fights and confrontations as well as tender father/daughter moments
