“He was told not to say anything about it” says the insider, "but looks like he's not afraid of the consequences".

When asked if Ventimiglia planned to leave the show, his spokeswoman told The Scoop: “We’re not commenting on that.”

The future of the beloved "hero" remains unknown, but the actor seems to be pretty sure about it.
