the beatles were fully clothed with shoes and all.
I also remember that our "Heroes" originally did that photoshoot by day.clips of it are at youtube.so why go back after the press conference and do it again?weird.And hayden looks pissed.the poor girl was probably tired PLUS she had to run arounf the whole day in those high heeled shoes.Sometimes lookin good is a bitch

Hayden is not wearing shoes because in the Beatles picture the person who Hayden is playing is not wearing shoes (I don't remember who).

It really does look as if she's drunk^^ Maby it was just after she broke up with Stephen, I can see the scene:
Hayden is drunk, she takes away her shoose then walk in the streets and sing very loud...
Then Milo come and wisper: "Chhh... Hayden you're going to wake everybody... Come here" *wants to take her in his arms to help her*
Hayden: "No, no! Leave me alone..."
Milo : "You need help!"
Hayden: "No! Leave me..."

*A bit later she walks to him and take his arm*
Hayden: "Well... Ok... Maybe I need some help" and they walk together
