I think I'm gonna fold the tent up for the Day .... too much excitement for one day! First NON-Holiday family gathering in years for me. My energy bar is low [video game equivalant for stamina and health]. So if I don't see Alex...tell him to look at Post Number 21 from 7 PM.
I feel ok...just tired b/c of all the activity today where normally Saturday at least after 12 pm is quiet and settled |
That's alright cause have hooked my computer up to the tv to watch Indy Jones :D so on :ff: on my tablet
|
OK Sarah...Night:hug: and ironically my brother had Last Crusade on his TV for the family to watch watch after baby's birthday party dinner
Remember to tell Alex to look at post number 21 |
I might watch that tomorrow :goof: I'll skip Temple of Doom cause never rewatch it
|
Oh, man, did I miss you guys? :(
Okay, Dave. I hope you get rested and feel better tomorrow. :) Hopefully I'll see you earlier. I apologize for being so late in getting here today. Thanks for the new thread, by the way. I promise to be here earlier. :( I don't like missing you guys. Hi, Sarah! I hope you enjoy Indiana Jones. :) I love Temple of Doom. I saw it in 1984, which was a great year for movies. Beverly Hills Cop Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom Romancing The Stone Ghostbusters Gremlins Splash The Karate Kid The Terminator Amadeus The Natural Footloose A Soldier's Story Star Trek III: The Search For Spock Starman Purple Rain Sixteen Candles A Nightmare on Elm Street Police Academy This Is Spinal Tap Body Double The Last Starfighter Hey, dragonfire! I guess this is what had you so upset? Quote:
Oh, really? Are they really villains, or is it that you just don't like them? :P  |

Good. :) Thanks. :) No problem. :) Yes, after the scene in the video Betty says something like it's something they been wanting to do since high school. Betty was Jughead's girlfriend in high school, and she was Veronica's BFF in high school, but secretly she wanted Archie who was her boyfriend's BFF in high school, and her BFF's boyfriend in high school? Now, you see why it rectons Bughead relationship, and Betty and Veronica's friendship? :look: Well, they're also trying to stop Hiram from shutting down Riverdale High, and moving the teachers, students, etc. etc. to Stonewall Prep. :P Also with Jughead now a private teacher at Riverdale High, we could get Jughead back at Stonewall Prep as a teacher. :P I hope everyone is ok. :) |
Oh yea still don't feel well
May not be around  might lay around from not feeling well |
busy day!! I walked to church... service was an hour...went home... and computer mainenance/ cleaned...a few more online services...

I'm sorry you're still not feeling well, Sarah. :( I hope you feel better soon.

Flyers-Bruins game is tonight. Hopefully the Flyers get back some of their players on the covid protocol. Hi, dragonfire! I'm okay, thanks. :) I'm glad you are too. Yeah, I do remember Betty telling Archie that, but I don't know if it necessarily retcons Varchie and Bughead. Remember way back in season 1, Archie and Betty had unresolved attraction to each other, but Archie told her that they should remain just friends, right? I do remember they had a few scenes of the two of them staring at each other through their windows and more than a few Barchie moments over the course of the series. There's the scene where they kissed in their car during their investigation of The Black Hood, and when Hal buried Archie in that shallow grave and then Betty jumped on it and dug him out after the police showed up. So I don't think that Betty telling Archie that their making love in the shower together being something they'd wanted to do since they were in high school is really retconning anything. It's almost like they put that on pause after Archie and Betty met Veronica and Betty started dating Jughead, believing that it would never be un-paused. Yeah, that stuff with Hiram dissolving Riverdale is a bit extreme. What is he gonna do with the town? Oh, Jughead as a teacher at Stonewall Prep is awesome. I actually think that the way the characters act now makes more sense with them as 20-somethings rather than as teenagers, where it seemed out of character. OMG, what the hell is going on with Polly? Is she part of the Ghoulies? Is she dead? Did that truck driver get her? |
Hi Alex...I hope you had a good day at work...yes, I always walk to church...but times will be changing in 2 weeks.... so I can take the bus b/c first service will be a half hour later
