that gives me a movie/ book idea....

A young lady named Sarah roots for the Flyers, the team she dies for but one year she starts to notice that when she doesn't watch the Flyers game...the Whole Game... they lose EVERY TIME. When Sarah watches complete games...THEY always WIN....So the last month of the Hockey season... Sarah must watch all the Flyers game and disregard everything else in her life including work on some days, other recreational activities, chores etc. One even Sarah is in a traffic jam after an early day shift at work.... she cannot get home to watch her Flyers on a GameNight that the Flyers must win...in order to get into the Playoffs.

was that movie made already?

Okay, I really didn't need that OT but I'll take the win.

But seriously, that was a stupid mistake the Flyers made giving up that tying goal.

Now the series is tied 1-1. Next game is tomorrow.

Phillies-Nationals are tied 1-1 in the 3rd inning.

Yes...I said it to her...lol.... still no idea if she offered free cheesecake or not.... if she charged my friend 7 for cheesecake that I didn't want if it was NOT free...I'll be upset.... my friend is keeping it a secret

That's an awesome idea.

It's a race against time to get home and watch the Flyers so they don't lose.

I can imagine her getting out of her car and running home through an obstacle course like the ending of Ferris Bueller's Day Off.

I'm actually the opposite. I think that my team will lose if I watch the game.

I'm actually the same way...if I watch a game... my team will lose... or if I go to the game and stay for whole game...they will lose

Being from Philadelphia I feel you.

We went for a looooooong time between championships. 2017 was the first time the Eagles ever won a Super Bowl. 2008 is the first time since 1980 that the Phillies won a World Series. 1983 is the last time the 76ers won the NBA Championship. 1974 and 1975 are the last times that the Flyers won the Stanley Cup.

Indians haven't won since 1948 I think.... Browns have never won a Superbowl.... Cavs have one championship and even that is being critizized...

I bet some of your Phillies baseball players on your fantasy roster were on that Phillies team

The Indians came close a few years ago. The Browns are where the Eagles used to be. The Browns have an NFL Championship but not a Super Bowl.

A lot of them were.

Schmidt, Carlton, Maddox, Rose, and Luzinski. The 1980 team.

I think if RAS does that it'll seem too repetitive and try the patience of fans.

They'll be lucky if Riverdale's ratings don't tank next year and the show gets cancelled.

Maybe, but I don't know how satisfying that would be. The writers probably would want to do something onscreen.

Yes, RAS did give us all that, plus a lot of crap that we didn't need, like the Black Hood, The Farm, Archie/Josie, Veronica/Reggie, and the Gargoyle King storyline that went on way too long. But I agree, it's still better than Kring.

I can't understand why Barbara Gordon has been so underused in the DC screen universe.

Except for the animated shows, she's just dismissed. And I thought that Pattinson's movie was alternate universe. It's way too weird to be canonical.

So will I. When Dave told me about Superman: The Man of Tomorrow, I was hoping it was a movie, but no such luck. It's a new animated feature.
