The only reason the timeline happened the way it did the first time was because Captain America was missing and frozen in the Arctic. If he goes back in time and lives his life with Peggy, won't people notice that he's alive and well? Wouldn't he affect events in the past, knowing how the future will turn out? It's stupid, lazy writing.

Yes, that would've created a time paradox, Sarah, which is why it's stupid. The stuff with Thanos and the Infinity Gauntlet would never have happened at all. Also, he wouldn't age with the Super Soldier Serum keeping him regenerating.

Yes, the Russo Brothers are idiots who don't know how to tell a story. They made one good film with The Winter Soldier, but that's it. Their storytelling with the Avengers was sloppy.

Warlock is more important than freaking Star Lord.

Capt Amreica would have to live in the deep wood not to be noticed... also there are people who change their name and sometimes their appearance - in real life...but that rarely happens....

Exactly. He'd never be able to do that and make it work, not while living with Peggy. The Russo Brothers borrowed the ending from the 1980 movie The Final Countdown, but that plot twist doesn't work with Captain America.
