Tom Holland plays Peter Parker in the MCU, Dave, and he plays him as a teenager, which is awful. Peter has been a 20-something adult in the comics for as long as most of us has been alive. Seeing a teenage Peter alongside all these heroes who are supposed to be his contemporaries is just silly.

Thanks for the link, dragonfire! So Akeem has a long lost son? But 1988 was his first trip to the USA. How did he have a son who ended up here?

Redemption works for some characters but not all. I don't think Black Adam qualifies.

I'm guessing that KJ, Cole, and the others are gonna be finishing up soon. How many episodes are left? And I'm really curious to see what they're gonna do about Fred.

I'm doing okay. I'm gonna go out to eat later, but I work over the weekend. Good news is I took Easter weekend off. I'll have a four day weekend then.

Which cartoon, Dave? The 90s one? The original one from the 60s is the one that created his theme song. "Does whatever a spider can." I grew up watching that show and Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends during the 80s. Good times.

And you're exactly right. The movies should also have Peter working at the Daily Bugle, living in Manhattan, and fighting those same bad guys. I also want to see Peter's relationship with Felicia Hardy, the Black Cat. Enough of this teenage Peter and this Zendaya stuff. Why is Disney trying so hard to make her a star? I've seen how this ended with other Disney kids.

Alex...the 90s one...the one with the Secret Wars at the end of the Series and Madam Webb tested Spiderman before she and the Beyonder put Peter with a team of other Spidermen from other Dimensions to save reality. The every last scene... the Beyonder takes Peter Parker to the Stan Lee from our Universe... before reuniting Peter with MJ [which was a deleted scene ]
