No Nega Bands? No cosmic entity named Eon granting Carol the mantle of Protector of the Universe? That's the essence of the Captain Marvel character. Looks like the origin story they gave Carol is more like Binary than Captain Marvel. After Carol had her mind and powers absorbed by Rogue of the X-Men, her inert body was taken by the Shi'ar empire and infused with nuclear energy to become the superweapon Binary, and she joined the Shi'ar Imperial Guard. This crap has nothing to do with Captain Marvel, Dave.

I heard they wanted to avoid comparisons to Green Lantern, but seriously? This just takes away everything that defines the character. This wasn't a necessary change. There was no reason to avoid any comparisons. That's Hollywood cowardice talking.

Really, dragonfire? I agree that this storyline has been a letdown, but you're really thinking of not watching season 4 if Falice's son doesn't show up? And I can't believe we still haven't gotten any Falice scenes since last year.

Yes, and I'm tired of us being baited/played with Falice by RAS. TBF we did get a bit of Falice in 3x15/50th episode.

The bottom part is fantastic, and if The Flash ends before RD then I guess RD becomes #1.

I think I gave you the backstory on Mar-Vell and Carol, so you know why I think Marvel wimped out on the movie. I really hate Hollywood.

Yes we did, but not nearly enough. And thanks for the link, but The Flash no longer deserves to be CW's highest rated show. Its ratings still aren't as good as they were back in season 1, and after Arrow goes I expect The Flash will as well. Yeah, I suppose Riverdale will be #1 after that, but will you still stick around to watch it at this rate?
