Yeah it seems from some articles I read Magneto has join Hydra. So first they had Captain America join Hydra, now they're having Magneto joining them as well.

I think Marvel stills own the X-Men copy rights or at least the Merchandise copy rights. It seems that's why there's no X-Men merchandise FOX wants it and Marvel ain't giving it up. I think what messed up Sony was when they traded Spider-Man merchandise copy rights for full movie copy rights.

Well I think Disney owned Marvel, FOX owned X-Men, and Sony owned Spider-Man. Of course Sony did make a deal with Marvel.

Yes the MCU and FOX's X-Men's films are separate.

OMG, Sarah! Didn't I explain this already? Disney bought Marvel and therefore owns the MCU and all of the properties that Marvel bought back after selling them off when they went bankrupt back in the 1990's. 20th Century Fox owns X-Men and Fantastic Four, and they used to own Daredevil until they sold him back to Marvel. I'm guessing The Punisher went back to Marvel as well. Sony owns Spider-Man, but now they've got some weird arrangement with Marvel, and Sony also owned Ghost Rider, but I'm guessing he's back with Marvel now. Universal still owns Hulk, which is why he's only been in MCU Avengers movies and not in any stand alone films other than the first two back in the 2000's. I don't know if this means they also own She-Hulk. Universal also owns Namor the Sub-Mariner, but they're not gonna do anything with either of those characters so they might as well sell them back to Marvel. If they don't do anything with the characters after a certain amount of time they revert back to Marvel anyway, I think.

No, Marvel owns Hydra and Fox owns Magneto. At least on film. On TV, Marvel owns everything, including X-Men. But because they have their Netflix stuff tied into the MCU they aren't using anything X-Men there. But if they did want to create a TV universe like DC's CW Arrowverse that was separate from the MCU, they could, and they could have the X-Men, Avengers, Fantastic Four, and Spider-Man.

I thought you would. It may be a dramatic moment in the comics but in the ASMU they made it like Peter&Gwen was each other's soulmates. Like it seemed like Marc Webb just wanted to tell a love story between Peter&Gwen. Plus I think MJ would've been more like a rebound/second choice to Peter because Garfield's Peter only had hearteyes for Stone's Gwen. Really I think Peter&MJ couldn't exist in the ASMU.
