Tracy Strauss is a former political adviser to New York Governor Robert Malden. Upon Nathan Petrelli's appointment to Senator, she was hired as the Senator's advisor. Tracy then discovered that she is one of three triplets, her sisters being Niki Sanders and Barbara. She later joined forces with Arthur Petrelli at Pinehearst with Nathan in order to give people abilities. However, after Arthur's murder and the fall of Pinehearst, Tracy was betrayed by Nathan, who fired her and later revealed her special ability to the American President. Two months later, Tracy was one of the many people with special abilities to be captured by The Hunter on Nathan's orders. She would later escape when the transport plane was brought down, though was later recaptured by Nathan. After her nephew, Micah Sanders allowed for her escape from Building 26, Tracy was forced into a partnership with Noah Bennet to track down Rebel in order to secure her freedom. Upon learning that Micah was Rebel, Tracy saved him by freezing the government agents and herself. She is an evolved human with the ability to freeze things.

Alison Elizabeth "Ali" Larter (born February 28, 1976) is a Saturn Award-nominated American actress and former fashion model best known for her screen roles aimed at teenage audiences. Larter can currently be seen on the hit television series Heroes. She has also had roles in successful Hollywood films including, Varsity Blues (1999), House on Haunted Hill (1999), Final Destination (2000), Legally Blonde (2001), Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back (2001), Resident Evil: Extinction (2007) as Claire Redfield and the upcoming thriller Obsessed (2009) as Lisa Sheridan.
