your episode description cuts to the chase the full one:

Convinced that the Company is close to finding them, H.R.G. (Jack Coleman) prepares the family to run -- but Claire (Hayden Panettiere) has other ideas. Hiro (Masi Oka) returns from the past and learns of his father's death. Grief-stricken, he flings himself into past and makes a stunning personal discovery. After a charged first encounter with Elle (Kristen Bell), Suresh (Sendhil Ramamurthy) makes a decision that could change lives. Meanwhile, Matt (Greg Grunberg) struggles with his expanding mental abilities. Maya (Dania Ramirez) and Alejandro's (Shalim Ortiz) relationship is tested as they travel with Sylar (Zachary Quinto). Peter (Milo Ventimiglia) meets someone who could unlock his past.

i believe it said NBC at the end off for the description when i got it.. though whenever i check NBC i hardly see a long one

like Tvguide site has a different eppy description always too:

H.R.G. plans to run after thinking The Company found his family, but Claire has other ideas; Hiro returns to discover his father is dead; Matt struggles with his increasing mental powers; Suresh meets Elle and comes to a decision; the twins are tested as they travel with Sylar.

I look forward to Peter and Matts plots. But it sounds like there will be way too many plots in this episode that could cause problems. They should just nix the twins plot, add Sylar in another plot instead.

i always thought the Peter thing was referring to Adam.. i still think its Adam.. however im sure Nathan and Peter will be reuniting soon.. like im pretty sure the episode is going to start and continuing from what was in 2x07 for most of the characters
