They had interesting relationship. One of my favorite moments was when Tami was coaching the Volleyball team and she had that party for the girls. Julie came in all pissed. At first you would assume it was because Julie was jealous. Then Julie says she missed the driving test because Tami didn't pick her up. Poor Jules. Then they head straight to the DMV and she convinces them to give Julie the DT.
