| Can't wait for the video Leah. I contemplated writing a fic, but the writing on FNL is so good, I can't face it for now. I'm happy just to bask in the love through the series. And whoever said about loving Tyra in Blinders, I'm so with you. She owned. "Lovebirds!" and my favourite "You throw like a girl." | It's pretty sweet to see so many fans from outside the US. That just goes to show that FNL can appeal to people from different walks of life and from different cultures. | I'm on of those outside US fans, and one of the things that fascinates me more about the show is the new look into the real US. I mean, every movie you watch and every tv show is about the same kind of people, the NY people, or the LA people... And with FNL I feel like I'm getting to know the real people, those that aren't from NY or LA or other cities alike. Though this is from a litle place in Texas I suppose there are much more like this. It's really interesting to see it... and very different. It's easy to feel close to the characters and relationships. I think I don't remember many tv shows where I'd love everyone and all relationships. I don't even remember a time I liked a teenage relationship. LOL And now I'm all addicted to Matt/Julie /end of boring post. lol | |||

| I agree Tugi but for a very different reason. I am one of those NY people (im about an hour from midtown NYC) so I adore watching shows that show small town life away from the big cities. FNL (and Gilmore Girls alike) express everything that creates the saying 'small town charm.' Just goes to show how this show is made for everyone. And i defitantly agree with the Matt/Julie adictiveness... ETA: The Matt/Julie community @ LJ is holding a header contest and I'm spreading the word! | FNL is definitely the most realistic show I've seen. I love small-town life and really enjoy seeing it played out on TV. No other show captures the feeling so well.
