| Happy to see my fellow Matt/Julie shippers in the thread. I went ahead and added y'all to the shipper list, but if that's a problem just let me know. I must have rewatched the Matt/Julie scene from this week at least ten times, and every time it's over I'm left sitting there with a dumba** grin on my face. Matt is clearly smitten with her - he breaks into a huge smile when Julie says "thank you." And Julie's gaze lingers on him for just a second too long before she leaves, the first chink in her "anti-football player" armor. And who can blame her? Matt is the cutest thing ever, and ZG is doing a great job with the character - I wish that I was 13 again so it'd be socially acceptable for me to wallpaper my room in picutres of him (and TK, of course) from Tiger Beat. I also wanna echo what many have already said - half of the fun of this ship is the potential reaction from Coach Taylor. Taylor is clearly willing to give Matt a chance on the field, but as boyfriend material for his only daughter? I can't wait to see what the writers have in store for us next week. /end gushing __________________ | |||
