I just give her so much credit and respect for standing by Jason and letting him know she is there for him no matter what. That she is always on his side. That's love.

I completely agree.

Say what you will about Lyla and yes she has made mistakes, but she truly does love Jason. Her being there for him no matter what was great.

I wonder if tonight was the start of Lyla making some changes in her life. I liked that she said she has her own life (outside of Jason) and that it matters.

I really liked Lyla tonight. Minka was great. I think we're slowly going to see Lyla opening her eyes about alot of things which is going to be great for her.

^ It looks like her new storyline (family issues) is about to start. Hopefully, we will get to know the real Lyla - the loving daughter and sister.

We need to see who she really is, apart from when shes around/with Jason.

I think Lyla is one of the characters we have seen the least character development with so far, so I'm excited.

I really think she needs to find who she is outside of Jason.

shobhna_guerin: I agree. We (audience) need to see Lyla apart from Jason. And lately, that is all she had been given.

DreamWalker: I also agree. Lyla is one of the least developed teen character on the show. We only know she's a staight-A student. Jason also said she's talented (during the proposal scene). But aside from cheerleading, we don't really know much about her.
