But for some reason I also think of Reese and Patrick and both Reese and Kate are blond.. I think they'd do well on screen

Plus I like a few films of Kate Hudson, like 'How to loose a guy in 10 days' ... Such a fun and romantic comedy would be perfect for them

I'd like to see Noah playing John Carter on Grey's as a pit doctor. I'd also like it if the Greys' and the Carters are old friends so John feels protective of Meredith.

"I appreciate you trying to be nice to the new guy, Dr. Shepherd, but you should know that I've known Meredith Grey since I was ten and she was a week old.

As for actresses, I can kinda see him acting with Angelina Jolie.

I think Shonda Rhimes and ABC would get into serious trouble if they used the name John Carter cause ER and NBC owns that name and that would be copyright infringement.
They could use one of the names but not both. Like for example John Matthews or Zack Carter.
