I think the Ellen babysitting was mentioned in an article.. That she watched the kids last year when they were in England filming MoH, and EP visited the family? Something like that?

and all the other quotes in the OP all come from magazines and such.

Yes, the quotes are totally true. Interviews have said that Ellen has babysat for PD's kids. She also has mentioned how nervous she gets when he's racing so she doesn't think about him doing it.

And the others aren't quotes but they are for sure true. Always talking about one another or mentioning one another without anyone even asking. *SIGH*

It was in the USA Today article just before s4 started and i think she said in the same article she was over in Englad, or scotland was it to visit them while he was filming
