that final scene was really great...

It made the start of how they met come to the same place as they were in that moment.

I agree that the kiss was really nice... It was passionate, and I was slightly surprised that she reacted to the kiss, because while there were some thoughts or comments that were made throughout the movie, she didn't seem like that kind of girl to do that. (though how can you not when its PD across you?)
I liked it how Hannah's mom was more of a Tom/Hannah fan

I could think of PD as Tom it's just that I LOVE him and Ellen Pompeo so much that everytime I see him with another woman in a movie it's like he's cheating on his "Ellie". LOL!

Oh, I loved how Hannah's mom was for Tom/Hannah. That was great!

I don't think Hannah really knew she would react like that until it actually happened. But, Tom kissed her and it felt right and she knew something was there...
