In the VO of this week eppy Derek said loved the surgery because of quite of it since he grown up with 4 sisters so I guess his sisters must been noisy

Seeing more of Der's family would be great!

They didn't really give any more information about Der in this episode. Just the sisters comment, but that was it...

Well in this show the only family they really explored was Meredith's family and a bit of George's family and I really hope before the show ends we get to see all of Derek family members

I read so much fan fics and each of them make me wanna see Derek family on screen.

other people's family have been explored too..
we saw Izzie's mom plus her kid, Cristina's mom has been on the show, same as Burke's.
From Derek we already saw a sister and a mother,
from Bailey we've only seen her husband and Callie's dad has been on multiple times, most characters have had their families over, I think Alex is the only one who hasn't, and of course the newest of all Arizona.
