Dr. McDreamy to the maternity ward, please! "Grey's Anatomy" heartthrob Patrick Dempsey is expecting a special delivery with his wife, Jillian. Dempsey told Gatecrasher exclusively, "Me and my wife, Jillian, are very excited to expand our family." The couple, who married in 1999, already have a daughter.

LOS ANGELES - Another beautiful dream for TV's Dr. McDreamy. Patrick Dempsey and his wife, Jillian, are expecting their second child, Dempsey's publicist, Leslie Sloane Zelnik, said Wednesday.

The "Grey's Anatomy" star and his wife have a daughter, Talulah.

Dempsey, 40, plays Dr. Derek Shepherd, better known as the hunky Dr. McDreamy to his female colleagues on the hit ABC show.

ET breaks the news that Patrick Dempsey and his wife, JILL FINK, have a baby on the way.

A rep for the "Grey's Anatomy" star confirms that the couple is expecting their second child together.

Baby number two will join daughter TALLULAH, 4.

Patrick recently finished filming a movie for Walt Disney Pictures called 'Enchanted,' in which he plays a no-nonsense divorce lawyer who rescues a damsel in distress.

"I wanted something that was non-violent and fun and something that I can bring my daughter to. This is the perfect movie for that," he told our Mark Steines.

Grey's Anatomy star Patrick Dempsey and his wife, Jillian Fink, are expecting their second child, his publicist has confirmed to PEOPLE.

The couple have a 4-year-old daughter, Tallulah Fyfe.

Fink and Dempsey, 40, met in 1994 when he came into her salon for a haircut. They wed in 1999 at the actor's family's farmhouse in Maine.

Fink now has her own high-end cosmetics line. Dempsey was a teen star who made a comeback as Reese Witherspoon's fiancé in the 2002 movie Sweet Home Alabama and as the heartthrob known as "Dr. McDreamy" on the hit ABC medical drama.

Of his fame, Dempsey told PEOPLE in 2002, "I really love it now. But I also have a life outside it with Jill and Tallulah. I am really thankful that it is all going well."
