Derek had planned a special surprise for the girls which would require a balloon expert called the fantastic one'. He showed them the spot where they could see the most amazing sunset ever. When they got there they were stunned but what they saw and so they decided to watch the view. Lexie said that she had never been on a place so regal. Meredith gasped out loud and said that she was surprised by the declaration. She immediatly decided to make a picnic. Derek couldn't stop Meredith even from bringing cold slush and vodka.
