karen, we are so in sync with this show. girl, george started to PISS me off too, post sex. and while lots of people were blaming merideth, i too say oh no they are both to blame. but i love him to bits now too. so all is forgiven.

This isn't my point. The focus of this discussion is another.

Sure MD are my reason but I'm seeing GA because I like the show (characters, storylines etc.).
My point is that (in the last episode) MD deserved a scene and NOT only 5 seconds. I don't think they didn't deserve a scene because they are happy together.

I think it's fair that their wasn't really any Meredith/Derek in the episode. They were in it a lot last episode, and they were one of the main focuses throughout this season so far. But, yeah, I'm fine with it 'cause the writer's blog mentioning some good storylines for them starting January.

haha karen. it's hard enough trying to keep the show titles right, i can't do numbers too.

i still love how on the dvd of season two, that love scene is longer. LOVE IT!!! and it's still just as hot now as it was then. the first time i saw it i was like wait why is this scene not ending?

so maybe this seasons dvd will have the uncut bathtub scene.

I find the numbers for this show easier then the titles.. though I'm remembering most of the titles of season 3

oh my you don't have season two yet? you are missing out. you know, i don't know how much more of that threesome i could take, so i'd settle for the bathtub, OR whatever happened when christina left the house and derek went back up to the bedroom.

That could be it

I think for me the case is that I had to catch up last season on Grey's till past mid-season I believe.. I was caught up around the bomb episode, so I didn't really have time to pay attention to the titles

I just went by numbers

well i honestly didnt' start watching until around the xmas episode last year. so, that very well could explain it for me also. i got one right away, got two when it came out, so this is the first season i'm watching from the beginning. but it's not to say i still don't watch too much.

why did merideth cheer? he finished his crossword puzzle and she was congratulating him?

Does anyone remember how IW said Patrick was shocked with the way his chracter was going does anyone think that if offered the CoS position he might turn it down so he has more time with meredith. I mean derek came out originally with the promise of a shot at cheif but everyone knows on a level that to be CoS you have to be detached to a certain degree, this fits Burke but derek is more personal and does any one think that in favor of building on his and meredith's relationship he'd turn down the offer of Cheif to have that chance to have something great with meredith? I mean im not saying hat meredith askes him to but he decides to do it on his own and choses to reject the position, if offered to him in favor of his relationship with meredith.

I mean it could cause tension with addie and mer/der cause he is willing to make a big sacrifice for mer when he wasn't willing to make even a small one to a degree for addison. It can also show how dedicated he is to making their realtionship work. It could also be seen as the big gesture that meredith wanted to show that he is indeed in so many ways commited to their relationship and it'd definalty make things interesting to see how addison reacts and cause tension between them thus continuing to make mer/der's reltionship interesting!

Now im not saying its gonna happen but someone on another site mentioned it and i can definatly see why Patrick would be shocked with this turn of events!

Sincerly I think Derek didn't love Addison like he loves Meredith. I don't know about their marriage but I don't think he wasn't so good (he was an absent husband). Addison threw her wedding ring into the water when she saw Derek so happy with Meredith. Derek want to listen Meredith when she talks. Derek chose wrong when he chose Addison with the marriage's "excuse". Seattle Derek is better, he's different and he found the love, the true love. It's my opinion
