They deserve more, but what i meant, is that even when they get like 5 seconds (which I liked), i find their individual storylines just as interesting. But that's just my take on it

I kind of agree they did deserve more than 5 seconds i mean they just got back together i reckon shonda should have done something like this like a couple of more eps done the road. Its one thing to be told their fine but people like to see it.

However im okay and accept the fact that they hadn't had more cause there was WAY to much going on and any longer scene probably wouldn't have been given justice. But i read the blog and im fine with it cause its making me even more excited for january where we've been told great things are in store!

Then again, you can always wonder what GREAT THINGS are, great things for a writer to write, a challeng for themselves. or great things for us..

But that's just how my mind starts to think at those moments

I think we've gotten quite a few great MD scenes since they were reunited, I think an episode without a lot of MD wasn't such a bad thing.. But I'll keep it on that

Here in Holland, we handed the good episodes.. The big S2 finale.. We got part 1, part 2 airs this Tuesday and then the next week part 3!

Of course, I like their individual storylines. I like Meredith and Derek because they are two interesting characters and a great couple. I also think they deserve more than 5 seconds especially now that they are a couple. The people want to see the development of their relationship and not only to know that they are happy. I'm glad for this but I want to see their acts like a couple.

I get your point Gio, but this is usually the case a lot when couples get together.
And IMO 1 episode like this okay, as long as they don't do it every episode.

it all depends on what you watch for doesn't it? i love merideth and derek, but they are not the sole reason i watch the show. because of that, i'm never bored because i'm into every other story.

could i sit and watch them for an hour? absolutely, but it's an ensemble show, and i knew that going in. i also can't complain when they are getting sexy, fun, intimate scenes and no other couple is getting that. i know they can't be the focus every week, and i'm more than ok with it.

just because a lot of us like merideth and derek, there are a lot who don't. and to satsify everyone who watches the show, the focus has to shift at times. i like to see them as individuals too, and not just a couple and i appreciate this week for showing that.

karen, we are so in sync with this show. girl, george started to PISS me off too, post sex. and while lots of people were blaming merideth, i too say oh no they are both to blame. but i love him to bits now too. so all is forgiven.

I believe they've had episodes where they didn't interact that much.

The 'he's the better guy' is 3x04 where Mer has the Appendectomie..

Ellen was great in 3.04 when Derek told her that Finn was the better guy... How her face slowly changed from smilie to sad
