I think that perhaps Lis meant that it's disrespectful to bash her plans for a couple (non romantic or not) and all that.. Perhaps it's better to wait for Lis to explain it to you

1. It was a little too early for me when I wrote about the bashing. If you want an explanation, see the OT thread.

2. Karen is exactly right by what I meant. Nobody in this thread wants Addison/Derek together, so I don't really understand why discussion about them is taking place.

I know what it means "bashing". I wrote for years in the OC board..

I wrote the info about the podcast here because they said that Addek aren't over = MD not together. I not bashing Shonda. I love her. I wrote that I'm not sure if I will see this show again.
I read my past posts and I haven't read insults or others.

I think she meant an explanation as to why she used the word bashing, aka her 'not so sober-state'

Like I said before, when talking about Addek, it doesn't necessarily have to be in a romantic way.. And if the last episode meant anything, it meant that Derek as of now has no interest in talking to Addison.

Usually for Shonda "aren't over" is "their romance isn't over". She said the same things about MD couple last year

I tend not to think about it in that way for Addek, also the MD situation of last year and the DA situation of this year are different..

So what do you guys think? You think Mer/Der will be 'boyfriend/girlfriend' after this new episode or not? Or will they take things slow and be a bit more stringless?

I think they will talk in the new episode, they deserve to talk. Boyfriend/girlfriend... I think they will start to re-built their relationship in the ep.308/309

Methinks that the shpherds dont know that muich about the affiar or any of it, the affair of mark and addie that is cause no way would the sister be hugging him more like kicking him in the balls if she loved her brother!

Methinks maybe derek just told his family that his marriage had broken down and addie just assumed he told them about their affair but if that promo is what i think it is...addie and mark's relationship is not known about in the shepherd family!

But somehow they've found out all about mer and der...a bitter addie maybe?

I want to see a real conversation which makes up for the bad timing from the last episode.

Before to know this I thought that Shonda chose it because she listened it in her album

I don't think the sister drops by because of the Mer/Der situation, I think his sister is coming down because the divorce papers are officially signed now.

Yeah exactly, I think his sister will be more like, are you sure you want to leave Addison completely? Stuff like that, perhaps she knows about Meredith, but I don't think it will be the reason for her to come down to Seattle.
