I love that he understads. I also liked his comment about a wedding. How it wouldn't be traditional. That was great and shows that he understads the characters of Meredith and Derek maybe more than Shonda does.

Well I like his comment about Mer seeing a therapist and it would be fun if Derek will join her.

Love also his comment 'bout MD wedding. He prefers a simple and intimate wedding for MD, just like him and Jill. Aw!!!!
