- Derek used to make beautiful speech = Meredith makes the beautiful speech this times.
- Derek wanted a dreamhouse = Meredith builds him a house of candles.
- Meredith asked him to wait for her = Derek asked her to wait for him.
- Meredith resloved her issues = Derek starts to have a clear conscience.

Their patient, Jeremy, gave them doubts.
Their patient, Beth, gave them hope.
It was very symbolic.
They can be a couple now. They needed to find each other again, why "you changed my life".

They succeeded TOGETHER.

I understand what this means. I realised when he said 'wait for me' at the end was what Meredith said when she was fighting for him.

they didn't talk much about MD, but the overall episode, like how the color of the shirt that the casts were wearing symbolizes the atmosphere of that scene, like whether it is a happy scene or not, those kind of stuff.
