Derek should admit his issues and he should start to resolve them too. He should make it soon because fans are tired of this type of storylines. They want something new. Maybe we could see a movement in these 5 episodes. I don't know.

I think we're going to have to. A lot of fans are angry with the recenet storylines. And a lot of them are unhappy with Derek's Charcater. Shonda only has a limited time in which to win the fans back.

Never thought about that, but it is an option.

I agree with Fay though that I kind of want it to be Derek's decision that he's no longer with her.

I hope its his own choice. Would make it much more easier to see him go back to Meredith. If it weren't his own choice, then it wouldn't be fair to see him instantly being drawn back to Meredith again.. Like she would be a 2nd choice or something.
