This scene is really hot. Meredith thinks to Derek and Derek thinks to Meredith. Online someone said that it's an Addek scene and the woman with Patrick is KW. No offence but it's evident that she's Ellen and Derek is happy because he seeing Meredith and not Addison. When he realizes that the woman with him is Addison, his face talks for him.. No comment.

I think that poster meant something else, because the scene switches between several people. Originally Derek kisses Addison, Meredith kisses a random guy, but both of them think of each other and imagine kissing each other..

It was a nice scene though!

Love the episode stills of the bathtub scene!! There are so many of them!!

We know that Derek is with Addison and Meredith is with the random guy but onscreen and in their fantasy, Meredith is with Derek and Derek is with Meredith. It isn't an Addek scene IMO They are Ellen and Patrick in that scene

I was a bit confused who it was at first but then you see the face and im like yeah that aint KW, lol!

I was a bit confused at what they were doing with that scene at first im like why are they showing merder then they're showing them with other people. I guess it was showing that they would have rather have been with one another. Or they were just imagining one another to get throught the sex that they were having with other people!!

I think the latter suggestion i made was the point they were trying to make who knows, lol!!

I guess it was the shower scene that EP mentioned in an article, early s2 how she said she just had a shower with patrick, lol!

Funny thought the bar that mer's wearing is that the same one she was wearing in the car in 1.05. I dunno why i think of that but it just buggs me, lol!!

That scene it's a MD fantasy. Meredith thinks to Derek and Derek thinks to Meredith. It's the reason because it's a MD scene IMO.
