i dont get why people are saying meredith and derek broke up... they didnt break up! at least they didnt in the episode i saw.. derek gave such a cute speech and meredith blew him off =[

idk i loved it (i kno most people didnt..)

well THANK YOU. at least you recognized mer blew him off. we at least both got those scenes on our screen tonight.

but if you loved it that is great. i loved most of the episode. but unfortunately what i didnt love is overshadowing that.

I know im disapointed too, and they probably did leave everything open so they could figure out what the hell they were doing!!

I just feel merder have changed as individual characters but its not development they've just changed them. For the last couple of episodes derek hasn't been the same for me and then this episode meredith was changed!!?

A bad finale in my opinion.

And what was with the scene at the end, derek walking towards meredith on the bridge, oh and i dont like lexie, i think she's gonna be a useless character!

And she did blow him off, i know!

we are in the same boat. like i said, i dont 'know or like this merideth. people have disliked her from teh start and i've always loved mer. but she was cold as hell in that scene. he reached out to her in the biggest way, and she turned away. how do you root for that?

i have to like both people to root for the couple, and i'm not liking her as of now. i said it last week, they need to figure out why she won't go to derek, and maybe that is her journey next year, and maybe ill gt to know her again.

but i'm not impressed watching her be this wonderful person, understanding and giving to her friends and the exact opposite to derek. i'm over it.

the introduction of the sister was not a good one. so yeah, my feelings are less than warm to her already. and i didn't mind how she was with derek last week. but havin the sisters meet him in the same way was lame as hell.

i'm hesitant to call it a bad finale, because it loved so much of it. i'm still shaking my head at what i saw.

you know what really sucks? i can't even appreciate his you are hte love of my life speech because her reaction will kill it. i'll have to skip that scene. DAMN.

That's what I'm doing since it seems to be pro Derek around here.

Would it be that bad if some people didn't like Derek on this board? I know this is a PD board but that doesn't mean we have to agree with everything he or his character does right?

I like both of the characters. I might not agree with some of the things they do, but I still love them. I don't think the title should be hateful towards either character since this is a thread dedicated to their relationship.

haha tamika, i'm all about the break. just a huge break from the show. i don't think the title will be hateful. i don't care what it will be right now. lol. it's not a loving time.

i'm sure someone will come up with something appropriate.

Oay my break isn't working so well. I've decided that im gonna focus on the positive merder this episode the whole 'love of my life' positivness, not the after actions just that moment, lol!!

I still cant help but squee because MEREDITH is the love of Derek's life, awww!!

Trust me to find the bright ray of hope in the dark forest.......lol! Dont ya just love me anologies...??, lol!!

That was probably the only really one of the good things about this episode!

I'm not surprised for this finale. This season has been terrible for them, drama and no screentime. Shonda loves to joke with MD fanbase and now they will be free to decide if they will see this show again.

Sorry but I have a different opinion. For me the first two seasons were better.
In this moment I'm sad for Derek but I'm not angry with Meredith. I'm always with both.
Meredith chose Cristina again. I love their friendship but Derek? Come on!
MD aren't Bang. MD are meant to be.

I don't think they are over and I will give to them another chance.
