awww.. Thnx Gio! I'm pretty happy with my icons as well.. Mostly the Meredith ones.. For some reason she and Denny got the best icons IMO. Though the Patrick ones are pretty good too, but I'm never happy with my PD icons.. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to his icons I guess..

I have the same thing with Matt icons.. Never happy with guy icons..

okay first I want to say that of course Mer/der have to talk about a lot of things but You can't really say that you juged her for what she did .. I mean I didn't like it and it wasn't great but I think a lot of people really do things like this and don't think about the one they love or who loves them so you can't juged her because she didn't fight in the water because Derek loves her .. It would be romantic but I think it wouldn't be real .. She need this to understand that there are people who loves her and need her and who she need herself .. and in the end she fought because of Derek and all her firends and so I think she understand but of course next eppy they will talk about it ( Mer and Der) I think ... and KAREN I want to see your icons tooooo

In the podcast Shonda said some time will have passed between SKOM and the next eppy. So it'll be interesting to see if they mention it at all. I think they will but you never know with Shonda. She still has them as interns and they should be 2nd year residents by now.

I agree with you Finity. I also think they will discuss it because that situation is what is called the pink elephant in the room. They just can't bypass it. They may let it go for a bit while she takes time to recuperate, but discuss it they must. And apparently Derek needs to discuss his own issues. To me Derek and Meredith's love story appeal is that they are each other's soulmate but their meeting wasn't exactly wrapped up in a conventional lovey dovey courtship. Their souls knew they belonged together now their brains and bodies have to catch up. This is the first time for both being loved unconditionally by someone. This is the first time for both that they have someone they truly love without measure and the thought of losing them brings physical pain. I'm not cool with what Meredith did. Suicide is not an option. But I do understand what drove her to the point and that nobody but Meredith could dig her out of that black hole which she did (by demanding to go back) even before her mother came to her. That just sealed the deal. So I will continue to root for her and for her relationship with Derek. Because yeah they do deserve each other. But Meredith does need to show Derek that he can have faith in her and that she will be there at the end of the day and the moment that she gets scared that she will turn to him for help without contemplating any other crazy options. Basically they're inlove with each other now they have to get to know one another.

you made sense, and there are lots of people who share your opinion. there are also other people who walked away from thursday's episode, with different feelings. both sides are valid.

if someone wants to judge merideth, so be it. if not that's ok too. we've all done it with some character.

I do hope we get a promo sometime soon, maybe with some merder in there. I think it'll be a very interesting subject for them to get over and talk through to make them grow together with...it think its a very interesting storyline for them to get through! And i cant wait to see how it pans out!!

And Karen i love the icons, they rock!

That's so true.

My point is lines of communication must be opened and I would just prefer for once for a couple to get through something major as this together without overboard hoopla that puts a rift between them.
