Another episode i enjoyed Loved the Mer/Der perfect 5 minutes and the fact that Mer was trying to get Alex to talk to Izzie. Christina and Teddy im kinda liking how they work together.
Bailey in this episode was hilarious thinking everyone was sleeping with Richard, But the sad thing is that he as started drinking again so im guessing this will be the downfall of the chief

I really liked this episode too

not really liking Izzie though, Alex made a good point in response to her that she didn't give him teh benefit of the doubt

Izzie was really cold toward poor Alex

There wasn't alot of Derek he had like 2 scenes

and hi is a great actor and deserve more screentime

thats why i didn't like the eppy to much Izzie for me
and Mer has nothing to do but I was glad she is back

Well I'm glad Meredith wasn't given so much I mean Ellen just got back to work so it's ok,but Patrick needed more screentime.
