Its in a home situation, so a flashback did occur to me.. It would be awesome IMO if we got a flashback to that (hopefully his mom appears too

Or they will be that mean and not mention the guest stars, they've done that before

i quite agree with it. that explains why Meredith yelled in the promo. but the only thing i disagree is the one with Dr Burke's line, why would he be back to SGH?

And it looks like Meredith is wearing the same clothes as in the season finale so Derek will probably get an accident after he leaves. (or is getting stabbed by Rose who doesn't like the break up

Aren't they gonna show 2 characters a couple of years in the future?

If those 2 characters are Meredith and Derek, maybe Derek is getting that heart attack when he is a little older, but then I wonder what the use of the visit of Denny is.
