I doubt that Derek would take full credit given it was mer's idea in the first place.. It could definitely create tension in this 1 episode at first of course when they find out that derek gets full credit but I think its resolved by episode's end

I don't know, it looks bigger, her cheeks and jaw.

I always thougt she had a smaller face.

They do, even down by her chin looks swollen. I thought she had more of an oval face it looks really round...

Hi everyone!

Well, I say 'Operation Day' but it's really night. It's 10 pm here in Los Angeles and I'm on the set of Grey's Anatomy for my 2nd day of shooting. Tonight we're shooting the 'Big' Appendix Removal surgery scene. It's pretty cool. They have me all souped up on the operating table, complete with lots of blood and a fake appendix prop. lol

Operating on me in the scene is Grey's very own Ellen Pompeo, Sandra Oh and Chandra Wilson. Justin Chambers also comes into the Operating Room for some dialogue with the ladies.

They've all been suuuuuuper nice again. I'm having a great time. They're shooting close ups of Sandra now, so they have a dummy in for me.

I called it my 'stand in.' lol

When Sandra came into the room she peeked around my blue cover and said to me 'Oh you're a real person under there.' 'Hi.' lol So, I asked 'Do you guys just use 'dummies' for these types of scenes when there aren't real actors?' Chandra then asked me if I was including myself in that? lol

The cast and crew really seem to have a great time working on this show. I wish I could have a larger part.

Are you listening ABC? Wink Wink. lol

I agree Derek would not take full credit, i was just saying hopefully and he probably didn't know he was getting full credit!

I dont really see Ellen's face is different, she has put on a bit of weight but nothing really noticeable around the face

I hope so too.... They need to at least acknowledge Meredith for taking an effort.... It's her idea you know....

I'm sure Meredith will get hurt when she heard the news. Just like what Cristina felt when Burke did not mentioned her at all...
