It's only me or Mark is interested to Rose? Mark and Derek likes the same women and I won't be surprise about it.

About the surgery, Derek is an important and capable surgeon. Maybe sometimes surgeons rely nurses but rarely an important surgeon rely of a nurse during a surgery. I suppose Shonda wants to show to us who Rose is amazing. No comment.

I know some nurses. I respect their work but they aren't doctors. Derek is an important surgeon and about Meredith, she's a great doc too. I suppose Shonda wants to show us the perfection of this woman. I don't know.

Former Tulsan and Cascia Hall graduate Lauren Stamile has been signed for a minimum of seven episodes of ABC's hit medical series "Grey's Anatomy." Her first appearance was Thursday night. That first appearance was little more than an introduction to the character, said Stamile, in a recent phone interview. There's much more to come, but Stamile is mum on details, sworn to secrecy by the producers. We know she portrays Rose, a nurse who works with surgeon Derek Shepherd, aka "Dr. McDreamy," and she appears in the next four episodes. But Stamile, a graduate of Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill., isn't about to spill any info about Rose's backstory. "I can't and I actually don't know much," she giggled. "I kind of find it out week to week as I shoot the episodes, so I'm learning a little bit more each time." The whole thing is a little "surreal," she said. Last summer, she met with "Grey's" creator Shonda Rhimes and other producers. "It went so great and I was on top of the world because it's one of my favorite shows. But the meeting was it. Then, a couple of months later, I was called in for a (possible) recurring character role, and went in for a couple of auditions. Usually it takes many, many auditions to get a role and this was pretty fun and easy"

Pietra in France: I actually really like Lauren Stamile on Grey's and hope that McThorny, as you call her, and McDreamy have lots of romance and babies together! Well, then you'll be happy with the upcoming episodes. No babies, but they are definitely heading toward l'amour, mon cheri. I hear Rose/Lauren is sticking around until the last episode they shot before the strike—which is episode number 11—and she'll be an increasingly bigger part of the plot, as Derek calls on her to help save a surgery. For those of you rooting for Meredith and Derek, the good news is that this new McThorny romance is indeed a thorn in Mer's side—she just might realize how very badly she wants her own McDreamy ending. The bad news? According to my sources, she might realize that a little too late...(gulp.)

Kristin isn't believable right now. I can write a list about her foilers.
The only believable thing, a ridiculous thing, it's that Derek rely of Rose for a surgery. An important and capable doctor like Derek and an unknown nurse. It's an insult to his professional skills. Anyway, no comment.
I don't want Meredith pathetic and I don't think it will happen. Meredith is growing this season and I don't want to watch a regression. At the same time I don't think Shonda will kill Derek's character.

If those spoilers are true, those are repetitive and predictable. I can't believe that it will happen.

Only three episodes... I'm glad. And then, another bad finale and I won't watch this show again. I want something new. A triangle isn't new. An anti-Meredith isn't new. Another crappy storyline isn't new.

I just dont want to see mer moppy, let her walk free of this trainwreak and move on with her life if it isn't going to go anywhere and let derek move on with the 3rd love of his life if they want. lol! I just dont care anymore. lol!

For some reason i've always wanted wentworth miller on the show, a guest spot and for him to hook up with mer, lol. That'd be hot, or viper back. lol!

People on ABC board wrote a list with Kristin's foilers... Anyway, I think Kristin have read the official description and, like us, she think that Rose will help Derek during the surgery, and probably she also have read the script who the Script girl posted on ABC board. If that script is true, Derek is "conflicted" and Meredith doesn't know about Derek/Rose etc. About the new episodes, she can't know what will happen because they didn't film them and with the strike maybe the writers will rewrite them. We don't know.

Late??!! Derek loves Meredith and when she will be ready, he will be there for her.
